Fixed fee initial consultation
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, to ensure that cost is not an obstacle to you obtaining initial legal advice we offer a fixed cost 1/2 hour consultation for £50+VAT. During the consultation we will assess your case and provide preliminary advice on any urgent steps you may need to take and your settlement options generally.
Fixed Fee Divorce
We offer a solicitor managed fixed fee divorce package for £199 + VAT (£39.80) + court fees (currently £385), total £623.80. This covers the cost of all work involved in obtaining a divorce for you in uncontested divorce proceedings. Fixed fee Children Act application
If you are unable to reach an agreement concerning children issues and have no other option but to pursue a court application, we charge a fixed fee of £400 + VAT (£80) + court fee (£200), total £680. This fee covers preparing the court application and representation at the first court appointment.
Further work
If your case is not covered under a fixed fee or further work is required we will charge on a private funding basis. Our charge out rates are competetive when comparing equivalent qualifed and experienced solicitors.
